At the start of the year, we asked the question, why are we here? It's
crucial to know "why" we are doing things in order to accept them,
understand them
and hopefully abide by them. Above are the facts about the disease and
the reasons why we are taking
precautions. Please read it and discuss the following. I want you to
feel free to speak about your experience with what's happening today.
- How are you feeling?
- How has your daily routine been disrupted?
- How has your family been impacted?
- How are you taking care of yourself?
I am kind of nervous about the whole corona situation. I didn't think it was going to be that serious but now we're taking online classes. My parents are nervous. I've just been staying home and not going out. I know I probably won't die from it if I get it, but I still don't want to spread it to others. My mom is probably going to be teaching from home soon and my dad will probably start teleworking too. The bad thing is nursing homes banned visitors so now we can't visit my grandma. I am concerned for her health because she has a lot of health problems. To take care of myself, I am just making sure to isolate myself and wash my hands. It's been a little weird not going to physical school.
ReplyDeleteI'm honestly really mad and nervous at the same time. I generally don't like staying inside all the time; I like to have a different experience every single day of my life, whether it be small or big. Now, everything's closed, pretty much every school event got cancelled, and now I'm taking online classes. My life, in my opinion, has gotten pretty boring, especially with me having the same schedule every single day. At the same time, I'm scared for everyone, especially my grandparents, who are both in their 80s. I honestly think that they're lucky they haven't gotten it yet. Right now, every member of the family is taking extra precaution that we wash our hands and do everything to make sure we don't get sick. I really hope this will end soon, because I don't want my or other's summer ruined because of Coronavirus.
ReplyDeleteLately I have been pretty positive. I have been optimistic, but there are some times when I get scared about what is happening in the world. I get nervous when I think about my grandparents and their health. Now my family and I have a new daily routine. It isn't really a routine because we are just playing everything by ear, but now we are more sedentary. I have been trying to stay more active by working out and taking my dog on walks. Overall, I have been pretty positive throughout this situation.
