A life hack to limit your screen time is to set up this screen time manager on your phone. IPhones have this program where you can set up limits on how much you spend on each category, like entertainment or social media. You can choose a specific time for each category and then once your time is up, the phone blocks you from being able to use it.
ReplyDeleteI find a way to utilize my phone while doing my work. For example, I play some of my favorite songs in the background so that I'm motivated to do my work. The good feeling of the music hypes me up and it gives me the energy to finish my work. It also allows me to take a break for a bit and to sing along to the song. It has helped me a lot in getting my homework done around the minimum time that I actually need, and I'm glad I found a way to do so.
ReplyDeleteWhile studying, I like to put my phone on "do not disturb". This helps a lot because while I'm doing homework I don't get distracted and I work more efficiently. I also don't sleep with my phone next to me. This is good because I get better sleep. Also, studies have shown that sleeping with an electronic device next to you can give off radiation while you are asleep.
